1. Product characteristics

Two component water based epoxy impregnation/lacquer primer. UP-AQUALAC is the only water-based epoxy lacquer that dries to a completely clear finish at any thickness and maintains color stability.

Quick and simple to use, dries quickly and builds a coat from fewer, thicker layers.

Because its waterborne, its fully compliant with VOC regulation and envi­ronmentally friendly. But its also tough, with high resistance to stains, acids, graffiti and impact.

This product is suitable for damp concrete surface impregnations & it is suitable for aesthetic shop flooring on natural view at concrete.

2.1.Uses areas :

Recommended for empregnating and coating of stones, woods, sheet piling, foundation walls and sumps. Also suitable for concrete.

Chemical and Stain Resistance

UP-Aqualac has been benchmarked for chemical spot and stain resistance against established water-based epoxy technology.Good solvent resistance is observed for all water-based systems,however ,UP-Aqualac offers marked improvements in acid resistance. UP-Aqualac based coatings remain infact upon sulfuric acid or acetic exposure whereas other water-based systems show severe failures.
